Suburbs
Natural spaces, urban spaces, and their potential architecture: Suburbs explores and visualizes the creative tension building between such not-yet-urbanised natural spaces and possible architectural occupiers. The architectures, digitally embedded into the landscape photography, strike the viewer as strange, as if they came from Outer Space; some even seem to be UFOs, or at least futuristic structures, made to look even more utopian and even more alien then they already are by virtue of having been situated in a pristine countryside.
